Responsibilities :
• Seek market opportunity, caught up with market or consumer trends and able to pinpoint consumer insight to create new product concept with winning concept for right target and successful NPD marketing strategy
• Study market situation, competitor, consumer insight for developing marketing strategy such as product positioning / competitor analysis
• Understand price structure, cost structure and conduct feasibility model, sales forecast and P&L for analyzing each NPD product
• Brief and conductan external product concept test or any consumer surveyby collaborating with a research agency
• Be a project manager to lead, facilitate, support operation process and coordinate with all involved parties (both internal & external) such as trade marketing, sales, supply chain, R&D, production, suppliers and/or OEM in order to solve any issue or create business value added that relate to NPD projects
• Tracking NPD performance and propose marketing strategies to drive sales revenue
• Perform market analysis of assigned category and propose business strategy that will improve or maintain category performance
• Support any related product or category information to marketing team or export team upon requested
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology or any related fields
• At least 5 year experience in Marketing or Research & Development or Regulatory Affairs with at least 3-5 year experience in NPD
• Knowledge in Health Science / Food Science / Basic Science such as Biology/ NPD Project Management
• Understand FDA regulation & technical term that related to manufacturing process
• Strong analytical skill, good interpersonal skill, and possess "Can do" attitude
• Can work under high pressure working environment
• Proficient in English
